NEPRO lets buyers access a large, dynamic community of pre-accredited suppliers who have been vetted against strict criteria, verifying the capability to deliver in the chosen category.
Buyers start with assistance to create a quality specification and then select the best supplier for each project, through the use of a mini-competition or for each project, based on a compliant process.

As a Bloom Accredited Supplier, SGW are able to help public sector clients source and purchase our Security Consultant Services and CCTV Consultancy Services for a multitude of different project applications.
SGW have already delivered two separate Public Space Surveillance CCTV consultancy assignments to a local authority who decided to use Bloom to buy professional services. The assignments provided for a delapidation survey and assessment of a local authority town centre and social housing CCTV system, a service review and a feasibility study to assess the implications around the relocation of a CCTV control room.
