The Al Hamra Tower is Kuwait’s tallest building, 80 floors of commercial space, sky lobbies, restaurant, multi-screen cinema and Spa complex. SGW was appointed by Al-Hamra Real Estate – the owners of the building to provide a fire safety and security on site risk assessment and gap analysis of the construction package fire safety and security provisions.
SGW were also retained by Al-Hamra to provide advice in relation to safety and security evacuation plans, policy and procedures. The Al-Hamra complex includes a four-story Luxury Centre with a six-screen cinema which also formed part of SGW’s scope of work. A six-floor car park provides ample local parking and is located in the developing Sharq region of Kuwait City.
